| The fifth year of YMCA Activate Berkeley is rapidly approaching. Kickoff is set for January to help assist you with your wellness concerns. Last year, we had 608 participants, and we hope to increase that number this year. This year there will be many changes going on, and they are all for the better. We will now have a more user friendly website that is much easier to use, new recipes, new health talks, and more dietary information. This is a year long program and there is still time to sign up.
